报告摘要: Handling data with the missing not at random (MNAR) mechanism is still a challenging problem in statistics. In this article, we propose a nonparametric imputation method based on the propensity score in a general class of semi-parametric models for nonignorable missing data. Compared with the existing imputation methods, the proposed imputation method is more flexible as it does not require any model specification for the propensity score but rather a general parametric model involving an unknown parameter which can be estimated consistently. To obtain consistent estimator of parametric propensity score, two approaches are proposed. One is based on validation sample. The other one is semi-empirical likelihood (SEL) method. By incorporating auxiliary information from some calibration conditions under the MNAR assumption, we gain efficiency with the SEL-based estimator significantly. We investigate the asymptotic properties of the proposed estimators based on either known or estimated propensity scores. Our empirical studies show that that the resultant estimator is robust against the misspecified response model. Simulation studies and data analysis are provided to evaluate the finite sample performance of the proposed method.
唐年胜教授简介： 唐年胜，云南大学数学与统计学院教授，博士生导师，院长，“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者，云南省“中青年学术和技术带头人”。现兼任中国统计学会常务理事、中国概率统计学会常务理事、中国现场统计学会常务理事、中国教育统计学会常务理事、中国现场统计学会资源与环境统计分会常务理事、教育部高等学校数学与统计学教学指导委员会统计学专业教学指导分委员会委员。
唐年胜教授在生物等价性评价、小样本统计推断、经验似然统计推断、Bayes局部影响分析、缺失数据模型的变量选择、非正态非线性模型和带有缺失数据的估计方程以及Bayes变量选择等方面的研究取得了许多有重要意义的研究成果，先后在《JASA》（美国统计学会会刊）、《Biometrika》、《Biometrics》、《Biostatistics》、《Statistics in Medicine》、《Statistica Sinica》、《IEEE Transitions on Medical Imaging》、《Statistical Methods in Medical Research》和《中国科学》等国内外学术期刊上发表论文90篇，其中被SCI检索60篇。曾获国家统计局全国统计科研优秀成果二等奖6项，霍英东青年教师奖（三等奖）、“云南大学伍达观教育基金优秀教师奖（杰出类）”。曾在 “2011年统计与管理科学国际会议”上做45分钟大会报告，“IMS-China International Conference on Statistics and Probability 2011”上作为“杰出学者”做特邀报告。
