Dynamical Systems

The main fields of our group include random dynamical systems, Hamiltonian systems, evolution equations, mathematical biology, and their related applications. Our interests focus on the following problems: the effect of random perturbations to dynamics, the persistence and long time stability of infinite dimensional KAM invariant tori, recurrent solutions of evolution equations, the spread of infectious diseases and ecological evolution, etc.

Probability and Statistics 

Probability:We are comitted to the Probability limit theory and its applications. Our interests focus on the first exit time of Brownian Motion, the precise large deviation of sum of random variables,

Statistics:We are comitted to the Statistics theory and its applications. Our interests focus on the parameter estimation in statistics model, the model selection, the reliability theory, time series.

PDE and Fluid –Aerodynamics

We are committed to the theory and applications of nonlinear elliptic and parabolic equations, compressible & incompressible Fluids, nonlinear diffusion equations. The main interests include such as nonlocal PDEs in plasma physics, well-posedness of flow in nozzles, Oseen-Frank theory of liquid crystal equations, qualitative theory of high-order diffusion equations, critical exponents and propagations of singularities to nonlinear parabolic equations, Keller-Segel systems, PDE problems in Biology, the bifurcation theory with applications.
