报告摘要：I will discuss a series of results on the generalisation of Bourgain-Demeter decoupling to degenerate manifolds. This is joint with Jianhui Li.

报告人简介：Tongou Yang is currently an associate professor at the Southern University of Science and Technology. He obtained a PhD from the University of British Columbia in 2021, advised by Professor Malabika Pramanik. He also held postdoctoral positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of California, Los Angeles. His research focuses on Euclidean harmonic analysis and geometric measure theory, with publications in top journals such as the American Journal of Mathematics and Mathematische Annalen.
