报告摘要：In this talk I first give some introduction to the basic semiconductor physics and then the mathematical modeling of the semiconductor SHE model will be presented. Some recent mathematical analysis results on the SHE model also are introduced.
报告人简介：张凯军，东北师范大学数学与统计学院教授、博士生导师，应用数学研究所所长。分别在1983年、1988年和1999年在东北师范大学，北京大学，中国科学院数学研究所与法国国家科学中心获得学士、硕士和博士学位。 2000年至2001年在奥地利维也纳大学数学研究所做博士后。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目多项,教育部科学技术研究重点项目一项和教育部回国留学基金项目一项。2010年宝钢优秀教师奖、2010年全国优秀博士学位论文提名论文导师、2012年首届明德师范教师奖。
研究方向: 偏微分方程、数学教育。
他长期从事非线性分析、偏微分方程、数学模型及其应用等领域的数学研究工作。与法国数学家Pierre Degond教授合作，在国际上首次建立了半导体超晶格框架下的半导体载流子量子传输的微观散射模型和宏观SHE模型。在半导体偏微分方程的相应领域取得的一些研究工作引起了国际同行的关注。研究成果主要发表在Journal of Differential Equations, SIAM Journal of Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Model and Methods in Applied Science, Monatshefte fuer Mathematik等国际知名数学杂志上。
