报告摘要：Capturing glucose dynamics including the rigorous fasting glucose homeostasis and postprandial glucose adaptation is central to the diagnosis, subtyping, early warning, lifestyle intervention, and treatment for type 2 diabetes (T2D). Recently, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology has revolutionized fields to track real-time blood glucose levels and trends, and facilitated safe and effective decision making for diabetes management. We will introduce our recent efforts in developing an attention-based deep learning model, CGMformer, pretrained on a large-scale and diverse corpus of CGM data from a nationwide multi-center study in China to enable context-specific predictions and clinical applications to individuals.
报告人简介：王勇，现为中科院数学与系统科学研究院研究员，博士生导师。1999年从内蒙古大学数学系的数学物理专业本科学位，2002年从大连理工大学应用数学系获得运筹学与控制论硕士学位，2005年从中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院获得运筹学与控制论专业的理学博士学位。2007年入职中科院数学院，历任助研、副研和研究员。获国家基金委优秀青年（2014）和杰出青年基金（2020）资助。
