报告摘要：The first theorem characterizes when every irreducible representation of a unital C*-algebra is finite-dimensional. The second is about amalgamated free products of unital C*-algebras.
报告人简介：Don Hadwin is a professor of mathematics at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, who lists his research interests as Hilbert spaces, operator theory, free entropy, operator algebras, ring theory, and K-theory.
