报告摘要: In this talk, I will introduce a new approach to construct new hyperplane arrangements, called k-adjoint of a hyperplane arrangement, which has connections with the following objects, 1) Serve as a combinatorial decomposition of Grassmannian, equivalent to both matroid stratification and permuted Schubert decomposition; 2)Provide a combinatorial classification of all k-restrictions of a fixed hyperplane arrangement; 3) Extend the concept of adjoint of a hyperplane arrangement by Bixby and Coulard; 4) Present the anti-continuity property of some combinatorial invariants for all k-restrictions of a fixed hyperplane arrangement.
报告人简介:王岁杰,湖南大学教授、博士生导师。 2010年博士毕业于香港科技大学,2010-2011香港科技大学博士后、2011-2013台湾中央研究院博士后。主要研究超平面配置上的组合学,尤其关注超平面配置的组合分类和计数问题,相关成果发表在组合数学期刊JCTA、JCTB。
