报告摘要:To enhance the capability of IVIFSs in dynamic and seasonal decision environments, this study develops a seasonal time-series-based decision-making framework for interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information.First, seasonal time series analysis is introduced into the IVIFS environment to capture the influence of seasonal factors on the decision-making process. In particular, the SARIMA model is employed to predict the future performance of alternatives, thereby  incorporating a  forward-looking dimension  into the decision framework. Second, an optimization model integrating intra-period separability, interval overlap degree, and seasonal consistency is constructed to determine quarterly weights, which are used to measure the relative importance of attribute values in different quarters. Furthermore, to characterize the differences among IVIFSs more precisely, a novel JensenShannon divergence-based distance measure  is proposed through a five-dimensional encoding scheme. By combining this distance measure with quarterly weights, seasonal characteristics can be effectively embedded into the distance calculation, there by improving the discriminative capability of the proposed measure. Finally,a PROMETHEE method integrating prospect theory and regret theory is developed to rank alternatives while considering the bounded rationality and psychological behaviors of decision-makers.
