报告摘要：In this series of lectures, we will discuss the Atiyah conjecture for the free product. We will deliver two talks to present our approach (free probability approach) to the Atiyah conjecture for the free product. In the first part, we will present the basics as well as the key constructions and previous results on the Atiyah conjecture of free-group type. In the second part, we will consider the strong Atiyah conjecture for the free product where each factor is allowed to have torsion/zero divisors/atoms. Our presentation is based on the joint works with Arizmendi, Cébron, Mai and Speicher。

报告人简介：尹晟，哈尔滨工业大学教授，博士生导师。2020年博士毕业于德国萨尔大学，2020-2024年于法国、日本、美国从事博士后研究工作，2025年5月入职哈尔滨工业大学数学研究院。主要研究方向为自由概率与随机矩阵，相关成果发表于Adv. Math., Math. Ann.等期刊。
