Abstract: In this talk, we introduce Polytopes of line stochastic and plane stochastic Tensors. Then we present lower and upper bounds for the number of vertices of the Polytope of nxnxn stochastic tensors.
The brief introduction to the reporter: Zhang Xiaodong is a professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Mathematics Science, Shanghai Jiaotong University. In June 1998, he received his Ph.D. in Science from University of Science and Technology of China. He has worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Israel Institute of Technology and the University of Chile, and as a visiting scholar at the University of California, San Diego and other universities. He has hosted many projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, and participated in 973 and 863 projects. He has won the second prize for scientific and technological progress of Anhui Province and the third prize for scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Education. He has published more than 100 papers in SCI journals and published a book, and served as Vice President of Graph Theory Combination Branch of China Operational Research Society. At present, the main research fields are random graph and complex network, spectral graph theory, combinatorial matrix theory and so on.
