Abstract: In this talk, we consider a semilinear pseudo-parabolic equation with periodic logarithmic nonlinearity. By means of the existence and nonexistence of periodic solutions, we discuss the effect of logarithmic nonlinearity compared with the linear ones and superlinear ones.

The brief introduction to the reporter: Yin Jingxue, Professor of South China Normal University, Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of education "the Yangtze Scholar Award Program", a national teacher of teaching, the scholar of the National Outstanding Youth Fund and the "Distinguished Young Scholars Award" of Hongkong Youshi science and technology foundation, and a member of the fifth, sixth session of the degree committee of the State Council. Professor Yin Jingxue is mainly engaged in the study of nonlinear diffusion equations with degeneracy and other singularity. He is a famous partial differential equation scholar at home and abroad. He has published more than 100 papers on the important academic journals and also published 7 textbooks. He chaired the key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, surface projects, Doctoral Fund projects. He was awarded the first prize of science and technology progress of the Ministry of education and the second prize for Natural Science in Colleges and Universities.
